What if I'm not an FMCG?
No problem we work with many many companies and businesses of all shapes and sizes. Our portfolio covers: charities, SAAS, Finance, Course Creators – Coaches and Consultants, Corporate.
What if we don't have much editing one month?
Unless the brand is winding down there will always be video content that can be created. Should you be between campaigns there should still be video being published. This is why we include ideation meetings so that we can help drive fresh ideas when there is potential for any production gaps.
Can we pause for a month?
You can pause your account, however, when you come back you reset the initial minimum 3 month contract before moving onto the rolling month at a time.
Can you share some samples of your work?
Yes, during our enquiry call we will share a through sample of our work with you.Â
We do not currently have a published portfolio due to most of our more significant work having been via white label services. We have only recently repositioned the business to be publicly offering FMCG video editing services.

We have been creating video content longer form and social for well known household brands since 2015, and we have been creating high quality video campaigns for SAAS and corporates since 2011.
What does unlimited mean?
Unlimited means we do not limit by number of videos in a month, but instead we limit by the time we have to edit through a queue system.Â
We edit your videos one at a time in your given order. Once one video is signed off we then move onto the next.
What happens if one video project gets delayed on it's sign off?
Don’t worry, we understand how this can be out of your hands.
Where it becomes apparent that there is a sign off delay we will move onto the next project in the meantime. This is something that we will monitor and if this becomes a business as usual need then we will look to adjust the agreement to make this part of your package.
what if we only want a few or need specific monthly videos being edited?
If a subscription service isn’t something you want to commit to then we do still take ad hoc single project work, but we can not guarantee our availability.
Is there a minimum contract?
We ask for an initial 3 month commitment contract after this time you are on a month by month contract.
You pay a month in advance, so if you stop for that month we don’t execute the editing for that month.
If you stop the contract and wish to restart the 3 month commitment will also recommence.
what if we are running out of video ideas?
Video ideation is one of our specialities, we have several methods we use to keep a never ending stream of ideas available to you. Remember many of our packages include a monthly ideation session with us.
What hours do you edit?
If you have emergency editing, or big projects on a very short deadline we add a surcharge for evenings and weekends.
*big projects, are outside of the standard 1-2 or 3-4 day turnarounds because as you can imaging there is much more work involved.

What happens on a consult call?

You'll get a bespoke package quote.
Justina will either tell you on the call or follow up with the quote within 24 hours.Â
She will also share a bespoke T&C doc.
THREE
Once all agreed and contracts are signed we start the onboarding process, where we confirm workflow and we get editing!
This can be as fast as within an hour.
